• The cassette-type structure offers several significant advantages. As it is mounted beneath the vehicle floor, it provides maximum flexibility in the interior floor layout.
• This positioning offers a great advantage in emergencies, as some other types of lifts inside the vehicle can become an obstructive element blocking the only exit route, whereas the cassette-type lift does not occupy space in the passenger area.

HNC – Class-Leading Load Capacity / Weight Ratio

• HNC focuses on designing its lifts to be as lightweight and powerful as possible. Why? Because adding significant weight behind the vehicle's rear axle seriously alters the vehicle's driving dynamics.
• Excessive rear load can lead to undesirable driving problems such as oversteer, making vehicle operation unsafe.

• Furthermore, depending on the vehicle model, using a lighter lift can be key to gaining an extra seat in compliance with regulations.

• Another significant advantage of low weight is reduced fuel consumption. This is crucial not only economically but, more importantly, for minimizing environmental impact.

HNC – Easy-to-Use Hand Control

• A-Series™ lifts are controlled with only three buttons for simplicity of use.

• The A-Series™ is also compatible with HNC's Remote application, which allows smartphone control. This enables easy control of the lift via a mobile device.

• The non-slip surface structure used on the platform and bridge plate enhances the safety of both wheelchair users and standing passengers.

HNC – Vehicle-Specific Mounting Brackets

Mounting brackets, developed specifically for each vehicle, utilize the vehicle's existing hole pattern.
This eliminates the need for drilling additional holes or performing complex measurement procedures.
You simply need to align the corresponding holes and bolt the brackets into place.

HNC – Adjustment and Tightening Process

Once the lift is positioned correctly between the mounting brackets, bolts are inserted and tightened into the corresponding channels on the side of the cassette.
This design allows the lift's position to be easily adjusted when necessary.
In vehicle models with suitable axle structures, the lift can be placed flush with the rear of the vehicle or slightly protruding outwards; in the latter case, the lift can also serve as a step.

HNC – Slim-Designed Pump Module

• One of the biggest advantages of the A-Series™ lift is that, unlike other lifts, there is no need to sacrifice seating capacity.
• However, in most lift systems, the pump module occupies the space of at least one seat. For this reason, HNC designed the slimmest possible pump module for the A-Series™ and ensured that part of the module is hidden behind the vehicle's panel, thereby occupying much less space.

• Positioning the pump module partially embedded within the vehicle wall allows it to be placed at the most efficient location for space and seating arrangement — right next to the lift.
• From a usability perspective, this positioning makes it much easier for the driver to manually operate the lift in the event of a power outage in the vehicle.

HNC – Structure Capable of Handling Dirt, Gravel, and Snow

Dirt and stone particles entering mechanical systems can be as damaging as, metaphorically speaking, throwing a wrench into the gears.
• However, in practice, it is not possible to ask passengers to completely clean the wheels of their wheelchairs every time.

• Therefore, HNC has specifically designed and extensively tested the A-Series™ lift to minimize the impact of dirt, mud, snow, and gravel on the mechanism.
• The lift has been developed to be durable enough to continue operating even if, metaphorically, a shovel full of gravel were poured into it.
