HNC iRamp Vehicle
It is a high-quality Swedish-made ramp solution; despite its lightweight and minimalist design, its rich features make it extremely easy to use and transport. The HNC iRamp Vehicle is designed with both the user and driver experience in mind, and thanks to its perforated surface structure, the driver's rear view through the rearview mirror is maintained when the ramp is folded. The combination of grab handles, wheels, and gas struts makes opening and closing the ramp extremely easy. The gas strut provides lifting force when retracting the ramp into the vehicle and prevents the ramp from falling out uncontrollably. Extended ergonomic grab handles make the ramp's opening and closing process even more practical; to open, simply pull from the outermost point of the handle, and to close, lift from the point closest to the hinge. The wheels, present on all two-part models, make folding and unfolding the ramp effortless. Furthermore, thanks to maintenance-free joints that require no lubrication, the ramp is designed to operate smoothly for many years.
The HNC iRamp Vehicle is a customizable ramp; you can choose different platform options such as a wider or longer ramp, standard mesh, tight mesh, or diamond plate surface on the sides, and if desired, you can position the grab handles on the top to save space instead of the sides—HNC offers production flexibility to meet almost any demand. The smart lock system, which prevents the ramp from opening on its own, ensures safety in all situations, including steep inclines, and can be easily disengaged with one hand to allow opening. The safety straps, which keep the ramp stable even in the event of a collision, both enhance safety and minimize potential rattling during use; these straps, like the smart lock, can be easily operated with one hand. The commercial version, designed for ambulances and public transport solutions, offers special features for professional use, including a reinforced load capacity of up to 600 kg, highly reflective side profiles, and an emergency evacuation function. The reflective tapes on commercial ramps provide a safer working environment for drivers and passengers, while the Tight Mesh surface option allows for much smoother transport of stretchers or loads with small wheels. The standard model's 400 kg and the commercial model's 600 kg load capacity make commercial ramps an ideal choice for heavy-load applications, especially bariatric patient transfers. All commercial ramps feature an emergency deployment function from inside the vehicle; thanks to an additional gas strut and wheel support at the hinge point, the ramp can be opened in a single motion, and this feature also provides convenience in daily use.
