2. What we collect
If you use the contact form we ask for your name, email, phone number, where you are, the reason for the enquiry, and your message. You may add a company name. We also receive the technical details a browser normally sends, such as an IP address, in server logs if the site is hosted.
3. Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, to arrange an appointment, and to keep a record of what was discussed. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask for help, and steps towards a contract if you ask us to specify or fit equipment.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept only as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up, and then for as long as we must keep business records. If you ask us to delete an enquiry and we have no duty to retain it, we will delete it.
5. Who we share it with
We share information with suppliers only where that is needed to answer a technical question about your vehicle or chair, and only with what they need. Hosting and email providers process data on our instructions. The film on the homepage is embedded from YouTube; if you press play, Google receives data under its own terms.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
