Wheelchair access · Cassette lifts

Side door lifts.

Cassette-type wheelchair lifts that mount under the chassis or beside the body — so the cabin stays fully usable while you gain safe, controlled side-entry access for cars, vans and specialised vehicles.

Side-entry access

Cabin free. Access on the side.

Our cassette lift series is built for wheelchair transport without giving up interior volume. Lifts stow in a stainless drawer under or outside the vehicle — ideal when you want flexible seating, front passenger or driver proximity, and curbside boarding instead of rear-only access.

01 · Keep the cabin

No lift taking up the floor.

Cassette lifts mount to the chassis underside or exterior so passenger and cargo space stay available. Families keep rear seats; professionals keep room to work — without a platform permanently in the aisle.

02 · Side-door convenience

Board where parking allows.

Side deployment suits accessible parking and curbside drop-off. Choose thinner side-mount units for cars that cannot take a deep underfloor cassette, or rear-hatch aligned underfloor models when the bodywork allows.

03 · Quiet Italian hydraulics

Push-button control. Emergency backup.

Electro-hydraulic power units made in Italy run quietly on 12V, with spiral hand controls and an emergency boost pump. CE conformity and a 24-month warranty across the cassette range.

EP300 · Extra-slim cassette

Side-mount without a major remodel.

Reduced thickness lets EP300 mount on the side with minimal bodywork changes. Fully automatic: quiet Italian electro-hydraulic unit, stainless drawer, automatic aluminium non-slip platform, closed drawer with rear automatic flap, and auto safety flaps for vehicle and ground connection.

FAQ

Questions families ask first.

EP300 suits side mounting with limited thickness; SCM fits rear hatch (or side on select models) in two lengths; SCI goes underfloor at the rear hatch line. Share make, model and year — we confirm the application.
Side boarding supports accessible parking, curbside transfers and layouts that keep the cabin open for passengers or cargo — versus rear-only entry that can block the boot and require more space behind the vehicle.
No. Cassette lifts retract into a stainless drawer under or beside the vehicle so interior volume remains available when you are not boarding.
Units include an emergency boost pump; SCM also has a manual emergency path for platform opening. Always follow the procedure in the product manual.
Installation should be carried out by trained Maya Mobility technicians so mounting, electrics and safety systems are correct for your vehicle.
